April 24th, was the inauguration of the TransMedTech Institute, a new initiative dedicated to development of next-generation medical technologies. This institute is dedicated to accelerating the design, development and implementation of innovative diagnosis and treatment solutions for the three main groups of diseases that pose the greatest threats to the health of Canadians: cancer, cardiovascular illnesses and musculoskeletal disorders.

Four of us are affiliated to this institute: Caroline Boudoux, Thomas Gervais, Michel Meunier, et Frédéric Leblond.
