Graduate training activities in computer engineering at Polytechnique Montréal aim to educate highly qualified graduates with the knowledge required to support the growth of a knowledge-based economy. They also seek to develop the intellectual rigor, scientific curiosity, and creativity necessary to engage in advanced professional activities in scientific research and university teaching.
Research Infrastructure
The Department of Computer Engineering currently has 10 servers and 225 workstations distributed across about ten laboratories supporting practical teaching activities at various academic levels. In addition, a multifunctional laboratory is reserved for large-enrollment graduate courses. Around ten research laboratories equipped with specialized equipment complement this infrastructure.
