Bioprocess and Biomedical Engineering

This research area brings together professors working on the improvement of bio-fabrication processes and the development of biomedical materials for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.

These research themes are at the heart of:
 
  • The optimization of vaccines' production or biotherapeutics (antibodies) by cell culture
  • The development of tools for cancer treatment
  • The development of biosensors and biomedical materials (hydrogels and vascular implants).
