Change-of-Coverage & Opt-Out Period
The associated fees are added to your tuition on your account statement. If you wish, you may withdraw your coverage.

IMPORTANT: Mandatory Health Insurance for International Students (AMHPEI)
According to Quebec law, all foreign nationals within the province must be covered by adequate health insurance. All international students are automatically enrolled in the Health and Hospitalization Insurance Plan for International Students (AMHPEI). This insurance is compulsory unless you qualify for an exemption. It covers the student only. If you have dependents accompanying you, you must purchase separate health insurance for them.

ACCIDENT INSURANCE FOR ALL STUDENTS
If you are enrolled in a part-time or full-time program, you are automatically enrolled in accident insurance. For international students, this insurance is in addition to the required health insurance.
