Association étudiante de Polytechnique (AEP)

The mission of the Association étudiantes de Polytechnique is to provide its members—undergraduate students—with an academic environment conducive to personal growth. This is achieved through high-quality, affordable services, advocacy for student rights with the Polytechnique administration, and student events recognized throughout Quebec.

To fulfill its mission, the AEP focuses on six main areas: student life, academic affairs, university affairs, external affairs, member services, and communications.

It is through its numerous committees, offices, and governing bodies that the AEP carries out its mission.

Association étudiante des cycles supérieurs de Polytechnique (AÉCSP)

As goes its motto “Gather, Represent, Give back and Carry out” the AÉCSP undertakes 4 main missions.

Gather

The AÉCSP binds graduate students together in a fellowship by organizing various events. We endeavour organising activities for all tastes: sport matches, social gatherings, cultural outgoings and sustainable-development-related exchanges.

Represent

The AÉCSP represents all graduate students in the school boards and defend their interests. These boards may cover education, student life and student services.

Give back

AÉCSP members enjoy benefits and coupons for several services and activities (sometimes free). The AÉCSP also undertakes actions aiming at improving students’ daily lives.

Carry out

The AÉCSP acts on behalf of students and supports them through every success or failure. We are here to help you carry out your projects and uncover solutions to your problems. Our help may come as sound advice, moral support or financial aid.

Association des sociétés techniques de Polytechnique (ASTP)

The mission of the ASTP is to foster innovation and the development of technical skills, and to promote academic and professional excellence within the student community.
