The governments of Canada and Quebec provide $ 3.4 million to support new projects in Polytechnique Montreal including the construction of a new experimental laboratory.
The ''Laboratoire Expérimental Grande Hauteur (LEGH)'' will be used by the Department of Physical Engineering and will host a fibre tower.
