Student Activities

It's the responsibility of all students and organizers to respect applicable event rules, so activities may be held in a safe and respectful environment, free from any and all harassment and discrimination. For all questions and concerns in this regard, Polytechnique Montréal invites you to consult the Bureau d'intervention et de prévention des conflits et de la violence (BIPCV).

aescp_logo AÉSCP is the Polytechnique Graduate Student Association. During La Rentrée (back-to-school period), various events are set up to encourage you to meet other students.

The Programme d’Intégration des Nouveaux Étudiants de Polytechnique (PINEP) invites you to meet new people in a friendly environment, by taking part in respectful activities. Few days before the start of the term, the PINEP is held for new undergraduate, preparatory and exchange students.

Poly-Party offers activities in the form of friendly competitions between the different undergraduate engineering programs. Note that participation in these activities is on a voluntary basis, and fun is guaranteed!

This is a fabulous opportunity for students from Quebec and elsewhere to build a network of international friends! Poly-buddy, a matching program between experienced students and new international students is offered by PolyExplore committee.


Poly-International is a student committee whose mission is to promote diversity and cultural inclusion within the Polytechnique Montréal student community.

The Association des sociétés techniques de Polytechnique (ASTP) aims to promote, support and develop technical societies (sociétés techniques).

→  Winter 2024: A technical societies (sociétés techniques) fair will be held on Tuesday, January 9, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Lorne-M.-Trottier Atrium (3rd floor of the Lassonde buildings).
