To submit an application, you must :

• Select a certificate program or microprogram. 
• Verify that you are eligible to apply by consulting the admission requirements (in French only).
• Make sure you meet the language requirements for your chosen program. 
• Take note of important deadlines (in French only).
• Create an account in the online admissions portal and activate by following the instructions in the email you receive.
• Complete your application in the online admission portal and pay the application fee.
• Submit all required documents by mail or in person to the Registrar's Office at Polytechnique Montréal. Your application will be evaluated only once all required documents have been received. To make sure you have submitted everything you need, review the admission requirements that apply to your situation.
• Check the status of your application in the online admission portal (under Your Student File ). You can confirm that your documents have been received and view Polytechnique Montréal’s decision regarding your application.

Your application will be evaluated only once the Registrar’s Office at Polytechnique Montréal has received all required documents. To make sure you have submitted everything you need, review the admission requirements that apply to your situation.

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after your application is complete to receive an admission decision. . Once a decision has been made, it will be posted under the Your Student File tab in the online admission portal.

If you have received an offer of admission, be sure to accept it as soon as possible through the online admission portal by indicating your response under the Your Student File tab.

If you have received an offer of admission but would like to make changes to your application or defer your admission to a future term, you can submit a request through the Jira platform. Be sure to include your first and last name, date of birth, and student number.

You cannot apply directly to a cumulative bachelor’s degree in science. You must submit a separate application for each certificate program and complete three certificates in accordance with Polytechnique Montréal's regulations (in French only). Upon completion of your third certificate, you must submit a graduation request to obtain a cumulative bachelor’s degree in science with a cybersecurity designation.
