APPLICATION PROCEDURES |
You cannot apply for a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) - accumlated (i.e. using 3 certificates), via the online admissions interface.
Instead, you must:
- Submit your request via email to: registraire-certificats@polymtl.ca
- Apply during the last term of your third certificate, or latest, 24 consecutive months after the obtention of your third certificate.

REQUIREMENTS |
- Three certificates earned, with a cumulative total of 90 distinct courses. Note that course credits can only be counted once, even if they served to fulfil requirements for two separate certificates
- Two of the three certificates must have been granted by Polytechnique Montréal
- Requirements of Règlement 14 (French language proficiency) must be met
- Timelines: a maximum of 10 years between the granting of the first certificate and the completion of the third certificate.

SPECIFICITIES |
- If you must complete courses in order to fulfil the 90-course credit requirement for the Bachelors - accumulated, you can do so during your third certificate if it is on-going, or you can complete courses as a non-program student
- Certificates that were not earned at Polytechnique Montréal, the Université de Montréal, or HEC Montréal must be submitted for equivalency assessment; equivalency assessment may only be performed once the certificate from the other institution has been completed. To be accepted for equivalency consideration, the certificate in question must:
- be a minimum of 30 course credits total
- be granted by a Québec university
- be of a similar academic trajectory and content to the other certificates
- Engineering accreditation improvement certificates completed by engineers who have been trained and licensed abroad, do not count as admissible certificates for the granting of a B.Sc. (accumulated).

If you studied at Polytechnique Montréal:
- No official transcript is required
- Documents required to prove French language proficiency, as per Reglement 14:
- acknowledgement of French language proficiency from another Québec university
- a Bachelors degree from a Canadian Francophone university or its equivalent granted by a Francophone university
- a Bachelors degree, issued by an institution in the French Republic
- Required documents must be sent to the following address: postal address or messenger service.
If you studied elsewhere:
- Original or certified copy of your transcript that indicates the date the certificate was granted
- Documents required to prove French language proficiency, as per Reglement 14:
- acknowledgement of French language proficiency from another Québec university
- a Bachelors degree from a Canadian Francophone university or its equivalent granted by a Francophone university
- a Bachelors degree, issued by an institution in the French Republic
- Required documents must be sent to the following address: postal address or messenger service.
