Detailed description
This project aims to develop an advanced nanoparticle platform for mRNA delivery, based on a chitosan-mRNA core coated with a hyaluronic acid (HA) coating functionalized with neurotargeting peptides. The postdoctoral researcher plays a central role in scientific coordination. They are responsible for advanced synthetic chemistry (modified chitosan, HA-peptides), designing optimization plans (DoE), in-depth analysis of results (Stunner AF, AF4, Nanosight), providing methodological support to students, and contributing to the drafting of SOPs, technical reports, and IP-related documents.
Financing possibility
Project funded by a research contract
