Interlibrary Loan - Information for other libraries
Tipasa is the ILL tool used by all Quebec University Libraries. Sofia and Voilà can be used by all to locate items in the Quebec University Libraries.
Notice to libraries without Tipasa compatible systems
Before your first loan request at one of the Québec universities libraries (QUL) via the new request form, you need to register your library by following the following steps:
- Fill out the registration form
- Activate your new account password, when you receive your password management email. The email could take a couple of days before being sent.
You will then be able to submit a request to any QUL by filling this request form.
Take note that only one QUL can be selected for each request. If your request for the Polytechnique Montréal library is refused, you will have to fill out the form again to submit it to another QUL.

Loans are for 6 weeks with the possibility of renewals. The Library can provide photocopies of items in accordance with Copyright Laws. |
