Feeling under the weather? Have you been in contact with someone who has COVID-19? Not sure what to do next? Polytechnique has developed a flow chart to help you determine what to do depending on your specific circumstances. This chart has been approved by the Direction régionale de la santé publique.
Follow the flow chart to determine when to self-isolate, when to get a COVID test, and when to complete or update a voluntary disclosure form.
Activity resumption guides will be updated to reflect instructions and guidelines issued by Québec’s Direction générale de la santé publique and the Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur in time for the start of the school year in August.
