Starting in the fall 2016 semester, certain language requirements apply to graduate studies admissions at Polytechnique Montréal.
Polytechnique is an international-calibre francophone University. The language of teaching is French, so a minimum knowledge of the language is required to ensure smooth integration into the academic and social milieu.
Language requirements vary depending on the program you wish to apply for:
- 5.1 Research-based master’s and doctorate
- 5.2 Professional master’s, DESS and Short Graduate Programs
Unless you come from a country or a university allowing a language test exemption, language test results must be provided with other required documents as soon as you submit your application.
