Send in the required documents

Note : Short graduate programs are not available for international applicants.

The documents you need to send will be different depending on your student status. The list of documents is provided in the Graduate Studies Admission Application Checklist (.pdf) and Appreciation Report on Post-Graduate Applicants (.pdf).

In addition to the documents listed in the Admission Application Checklist, you must send the appendix Confidentiality of Student Files, only if you wish to prevent the information mentioned in the appendix from being shared with one (or more) organization(s).

Meeting deadlines

You must send the required documents to the Registrar’s Office by postal mail within 21 days of submitting your application. Write the application number on each document. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Note that an official or certified translation into French or English is required for any document that is not written in one of these two languages.
All provided documents become the property of Polytechnique Montréal and will not be returned to the candidate.
