Biographie
Jing's research focuses on improving bioproduction processes for therapeutic proteins. His group develops experimental and modeling tools to optimize process productivity and product quality. He specializes in bioseparations, with particular expertise in chromatography.
Prior to joining Polytechnique Montréal, Jing was a Research Scientist at MIT from 2022 to 2025. Previously, he worked in the biopharmaceutical industry as a Senior Scientist at Bristol Myers Squibb (2020–2022) and Teva Pharmaceuticals (2018–2020). He also held a postdoctoral research position in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Delaware from 2016 to 2018.
Jing received his PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Virginia in 2016 and his BS in chemical engineering from Tianjin University in 2011.
