Research interests and affiliations

Research interests

Professor Frayret's primary research interest concern the design of decision support systems dedicated to operations and value creation networks. Professor Frayret also works in the fields of information systems and e-business with a particular emphasis on the collaboration and integration processes of distributed decisions within the context of production networks. This includes the implementation of these processes into agent-based information systems. Professor Frayret research efforts are both theoretical and applied in nature. The forest products industry is the primary industry to which his research findings are applied.

Professor Frayret secondary research interest concerns the theorical and practical aspects of knowledge and technology transfer from academia to industry and the management of innovation.
