WHAT

• ACEC Engineering Student YouTube Contest!

WHO

• Students currently enrolled in an engineering program at an accredited Canadian university 
• Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to enter
• Students can work individually or in pairs – groups of 2 only

WHEN

• The contest is now open! The deadline for submitting video entries is Sunday February 1, 2015 at 11:59 PM EST 

HOW

1. Make a 2-minute video about consulting engineering. Suggested topics may include, but are not limited to:
   • Why I want to be a consulting engineer
   • Why consulting engineering is a great field to build a career
   • How consulting engineering changes people’s lives
   • How consulting engineering shapes our world
   • Pushing the limits of consulting engineering
2. Upload it to YouTube 
3. Confirm your submission by emailing the link to your YouTube video tolallardyce@acec.ca and be sure to include your name, university, engineering specialty, and phone number in the correspondence.
4. Wait to hear if your video is the winner!

WHY

• For the chance to meet consulting engineering industry leaders
• To learn about the many benefits and opportunities that await you in a career in consulting engineering
• For the opportunity to attend a consulting engineering industry event and network with industry leaders. Note: ACEC will cover travel and accommodation expenses.
