The mission of the TransMedTech Institute (iTMT) is to support the development, validation and implementation of innovative medical technologies for diagnosis, prognosis, intervention and rehabilitation in cancer, cardiovascular and neuro/musculoskeletal diseases.

The iTMT training program aims to train the next generation of researchers and professionals in an open innovation ecosystem that enables them to acquire valuable skills and understand issues related to the development of medical technologies from the idea to the use of the product in the health system. The program is intended for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows wishing to become professors and university researchers (academic profile), highly qualified employees working in medtechs companies (industrial profile) or entrepreneurs in the medtech industry (entrepreneur profile).
