In order to have the spotlight on the next generation within its activities, EFFERVESCENCE will hold a “Tell us about your research” contest. This contest is an opportunity for 10 students, from the college to post-doctoral level, to present their research project in a language accessible to all in 180 seconds, using only a single slide, during the EFFERVESCENCE 2022 event.   In addition to getting a free ticket to attend all activities at EFFERVESCENCE (value $185), the selected candidates will be evaluated by a judging board who will identify winners of cash prizes ranging from $200 to $700!

The prizes ceremony will take place at the EFFERVESCENCE gala, on May 11th, 2022, from 5:15 pm to 7 pm.   It is a great opportunity for selected students to improve their oral presentation skills as they will also have the possibility to attend a preparation session (1h between April 13th and 22nd). Furthermore, the selected candidates will get the opportunity to present in person their research project, in front of a large audience composed of entrepreneurs, researchers, and other members of the life sciences sector!
