We invite you to the seminar proposed by Non-profit organization Sahaja Yoga Quebec. During this program you can experience meditation that has many amazing benefits, from improving your mental and physical health, reducing stress, to finding your true self. We will talk about energy centers, their principles, how they are connected with our health, character and learn which attitudes help to keep these centers clean. You are welcome to join us!
