This is a question that every PhD wonder during and after the thesis defense without having a clear vision about the job market. This workshop aims to understand the mindset of students in transition and understand job search with concrete tools. The workshop discuss what profession is available after a PhD. Students will develop self-examination tools, validate their choice via networking and skill building to bound themselves to impactful employment.
