The FCMRC is a non-profit organization created by Moroccan volunteers. Its mission is to strengthen and build relationships between individuals, companies and Canadian and Moroccan institutions in order to:
- Encourage investment and the transfer of scientific and economic expertise.
- Conduct targeted cultural and social projects in Morocco and Canada.
- Strengthen the dialogue between cultures and people of both countries.
- Provide networking opportunities through its large sponsor network.

The purpose of the meeting is to present the FCMRC's mission, goals and activities to the students’ society and especially to invite Moroccan students to participate in future activities that are related to innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.

It would also be a great opportunity to share the Startup Weekend event that will be held in January 2015.
