The NSERC CREATE-ISS Winter Networking Event is a student-run initiative of the NSERC CREATE-ISS Program. This year, the Winter Networking Event aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry under the theme 'The Role of Sensors in Modern Society.' This event will provide a unique opportunity for local students to explore various career paths available to researchers in the field of sensing and to learn about cutting-edge sensor devices in modern society. The event program will include talks from academic and industry professionals, a networking-focused reception, as well as a student photo competition. Food, soft and alcoholic beverages, and transportation from Montreal will be available and are included in the registration fee!
