Save the date for the EcoMaris and PolyVoile conference on October 25th 12:30 pm at the galerie Rolland (6th floor pavillon Principal).
Simon Paquin, navigator and Personality of the Week (La Presse, August 27, 2012), will share its passions and dreams with his ÉcoMaris project, founder and CEO of this non-profit organization. You will learn more about its mission of raising awareness and education on environmental issues with maritime expeditions on rivers or the sea. You will discover how his sailboat (the Roter Sand) and project (ÉcoMaris) is involved in giving back to Quebec inhabitants a better understanding of their maritime heritage.
PolyVoile students will discuss:
- Technical PolyVoile topics and future projects achievable on the Roter Sand such as 'integration projects' as part of the undergraduate program.
- Recruiting more students within their association.

Presented by PolyVoile and Carrefour Perfectionnement Polytechnique Montreal, this conference will be held Thursday, October 25th, 2012 at 12:30 pm at Gallery Rolland (6th floor pavillon principal Polytechnique Montréal). A small buffet will be offered.
