On December 12, the first Québec Spatial Forum - Québec to the Moon will be held, organized by Polytechnique Montréal, the Transdisciplinary Research Unit in Space Resources and Infrastructure Engineering (ASTROLITH) and DEL - Développement économique de l'agglomération de Longueuil. The aim of the event is to encourage discussion around space exploration and the development of a lunar program in Canada, the creation of the Espace Aéro innovation zone in Montreal, and the founding of Astrolith at Polytechnique Montréal. This first edition of the Québec Spatial Forum will be a dynamic and interactive space for exchange, where industry experts will share their perspectives on the challenges and opportunities within the space sector. The program will include conferences, panels, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. The day-long event will feature internationally renowned experts, government representatives, members of the Innovation Zone - Espace Aéro, companies in the space sector, as well as researchers from the Transdisciplinary Research Unit in Space Resources and Infrastructure Engineering (ASTROLITH) at Polytechnique Montréal. This event will also highlight the strengths and development prospects of Québec's space sector, while identifying economic opportunities for companies and researchers.
