1st IVADO Café Scientifique

IVADO and its student committee invite you to his first scientific café! For this first edition, Jean Provost, IVADO professor at Polytechnique Montreal, will present his research work with Ph.D. student (and member of the IVADO student comitee) Chloé Bourquin. The Provost Ultrasound Lab is developing novel ultrafast ultrasound imaging techniques, from theory to clinical application. M. Provost will present the laboratory’s main research themes, which include brain and heart imaging, and the development of technologies for 3D imaging. Chloe will present the details of a novel imaging approach she is currently developing, called Dynamic Ultrasound Localization Microscopy, which can be used to measure variations in blood flow velocity in the entire brain during the cardiac cycle with microscopic resolution.

Online webinar, free upon registration, open to the all the IVADO community!
