Biography
Bowen Yi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal. He received a PhD degree in Control Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, in September 2019. Subsequently, he held research positions at several institutes, such as Laboratoire des Signaux et Systèmes, CNRS, France; the Australian Centre for Robotics (ACFR), The University of Sydney, Australia; and the Robotics Institute, University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia. His research interests include the estimation and control of nonlinear systems, with a special emphasis on robotics.
