Government of Canada awards

Under its academic exchange program, Foreign Affairs Canada offers awards on an annual basis to students who are citizens of the following countries: Chile, Colombia, Cuba, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, the Philippines, Russia and Venezuela...

These awards are tenable only in Canada, and intended to enable foreign students of high academic standing to undertake graduate studies or post-doctoral research in Canadian institutions. Proposed programs of study must focus on a Canadian subject or include significant Canadian content.
