RELEASE - Having passed the qualifying rounds, École Polytechnique de Montréal's Esteban IV team has crossed the starting line at the Panasonic World Solar Challenge

The Panasonic World Solar Challenge brings together some 40 prototypes from companies and universities around the world. The
Esteban team is the only one from Québec and one of only four from Canada to participate in the race.
Over this past weekend, the Polytechnique team successfully passed the rigorous inspections and dynamic tests (brakes,
acceleration, endurance, etc.) imposed by judges of the Panasonic World Solar Challenge.

teaching and research. It is the largest engineering school in Québec in terms of its student body and the scope of its
