In the student community, we readily describes Pierre Savard as an excellent teacher. His listening and his efforts to ensure program and course quality are recognized by all. They appreciate the clarity of his presentations and his vision of the field of electrical engineering. Even if he a demonstrated interest in developing and improving programs, Pierre Savard remains primarily a dedicated teacher who appreciates the originality shown by students in the context of their academic projects. Professor Savard was awarded the Teaching Excellence Award for his contribution to the exceptional educational Polytechnique community.
