Scholarships

The OPSIDIAN program plans to train a total of 95 highly qualified personnels (HQP) over the period 2020-2026/7.

This training includes two ExCL-type activities and three SWITCH-type activities spanning 5 quarters. A fourth SWITCH-type activity is part of the training program for doctoral students (details on Training activities).

 

PLEASE NOTE: The 2026-2028 cohort will be the last cohort of the OPSIDIAN program.

 

MASTER'S STUDENT

  • OPSIDIAN $ 9,000 / year scholarships for a maximum of 2 years. The supervisor must provide a minimum of $ 13,650 / year to reach of $ 22,650 / year or more

Ph.D. STUDENT

  • OPSIDIAN $ 10,000 / year scholarships for a maximum of 2 years. The supervisor must provide a minimum of $ 16,100 / year to reach of $ 26,100 / year or more
