On August 13, awards were presented for the best projects completed as part of the Projet personnel en génie électrique (personal electrical engineering project – ELE3000) course for the 2014 summer semester. Once again, the students demonstrated great rigour and presented quality projects.

Under the guidance of a professor or engineer appointed by the Department, students are given an engineering design assignment. They are asked to produce a professional-quality report that generally includes a review of past work, the definition and situation of the problem, the chosen solution method, the results obtained and a discussion. The project concludes with a poster presentation.
