Louise Millette appointed to Écotech Québec's Board of Directors
Professor Louise Millette, Director of Polytechnique Montréal's Department of Civil, Geological and Mining Engineering, will sit on the Board of Directors of Écotech Québec for two years.
The first organization of its type in Canada, Écotech Québec unites and mobilizes the "cleantech" - clean technologies - industry around common goals and actions. In partnership with key stakeholders at the Québec, Canadian and international levels, Écotech Québec supports industry players by accelerating the design, development, adoption, commercialization and export of cleantech. Écotech Québec receives support from the private sector and from the Ministère du Développement économique, de l'Innovation et de l'Exportation du Québec, as well as from the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
