The Young Engineer Prize was presented at the 7th European Radar Conference, held as part of European Microwave Week 2010, which took place in Paris from September 26 to October 1.

His PhD project, co-authored with his supervisor Dr. Ke Wu (a full professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering), aims to integrate radar sensing and radio communication functions into a single transceiver platform.
