Polytechnique Montréal invites top-tier researchers who currently work and reside outside Canada to send it expressions of interest in applying for the Canada 150 Research Chairs Program (the Program).

The Program, offered by the federal government, enables the establishment of Research Chairs valued at $350,000 or $1,000,000 annually for 7 years.
Polytechnique Montréal wishes to receive researchers’ applications leading to a high-level career in the following fields:
- Aerospace and transportation
- Multimedia, data processing and telecommunications
- Life science and engineering
- Advanced materials and nanotechnologies
- Systems science and engineering
- Energy, environment and sustainable development
Polytechnique Montréal is one Canada’s leading engineering teaching and research institutions, with an annual research budget of $70 million, 17 industrial chairs (including 13 NSERC chairs), one Canada Excellence Research Chair and 25 Canada Research Chairs.
