MENTAL HEALTH DURING COVID-19 TIMES
This seminar is organized by the graduate students.
The pandemic forces us to adapt to new and unpredictable situations like never before. This is especially true for graduate students who face very specific challenges, either academically, financially or in their personal life. It is thus normal to feel more stressed than usual, or to feel overwhelmed or depressed by the situation. This seminar is meant to be an occasion to bring up this question and thus enable students to better understand how the challenges they currently face can affect their mental health. The concepts of stress, psychological distress and anxiety will be covered.
For those who wish to deepen their reflection and explore potential solutions through dialogues and exercises, a series of two workshops will be offered in the weeks following the seminar. The details for the registration to these workshops will be available during the seminar. Looking forward to meeting you!
