Current students may continue to use their e-mail accounts for up to three semesters after their last semester of enrolment.
Alumni can keep their e-mail accounts for as long as they continue using their inbox. Their inbox will be closed if they do not use their account for three consecutive semesters.
Staff and faculty may continue to use their accounts for the duration of their employment at Polytechnique, as well as if they are retired.
The service will be suspended after one year of inactivity and reactivated following a written request to IT Services.
The account will be closed in the event of the death of a retired staff or faculty member.
