The teaching labs help desk offers the following services :
- Student user ID and password creation
- Software loans
- Connection support (modem, Wi-Fi, library proxy server)
- Troubleshooting for PCs and printers used in the labs (but not for technical software)
- Troubleshooting for PCs and printers used in the classrooms (but not for technical software)
- Troubleshooting for data saving problems

(staff and faculty help desk), including network and telephone issues
The staff and faculty help desk offers the following services :
- Staff/faculty user ID and password creation
- Software loans
- Connection support (modem, mobile computing)
- Troubleshooting for office computer/printer installation, technical support and use
- Telephone system troubleshooting
- Network troubleshooting
- General information regarding services offered
Comptoirs de service audiovisuel (AV help desks)
The AV help desks offer the following services :
- Guest user ID and temporary password creation
- AV equipment loans and deliveries
- Technical support for classroom AV equipment
- Technical support for AV equipment used in various campus events (e.g. at Galerie Rolland, Bell amphitheatre, etc.)
- Frontline troubleshooting for all problems encountered in the classroom
- Institutional AV equipment repairs and maintenance
- Videoconferencing room (B-529) administration
