Research Specification

Our research activities aim to develop tunable photonics microsystems. Tunability is achieved using Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS).

Expertise areas include design, microfabrication and characterization.

  • White Light Interferometer (Fogale Photomap 3D) with sub-nanometer vertical resolution. Including dynamic (100 Hz – 2 MHz) and environmental (10 – 1 millibar; - 30ºC to + 100ºC) features
