Directory of Scientific and Technical Publications

The Directory of Scientific and Technical Publications lists the majority of the intellectual output of the Polytechnique Montréal community. This includes journal articles, conference papers, books, book chapters, technical reports, patent applications, and granted patents, as well as other types of publications, including student theses and dissertations.

To see the list of publications by a professor, consult their profile in the Directory of Experts at Polytechnique. To find a thesis or dissertation, use Sofia, the Library's search tool.

Editor's note

Created in 1994, the Directory of Scientific and Technical Publications of Polytechnique Montréal lists the majority of publications produced by members of the community since that date. Since 2015, publications prior to 1994 have been gradually added to the Directory. Integrated into the institutional repository PolyPublie since 2023, many documents are also available in open access directly on the platform. It is an exceptional showcase of the diversity and richness of research conducted at the institution.

The Directory is produced and maintained by the Library's Research Dissemination Service, thanks to the support of Fondation et Alumni de Polytechnique Montréal.

For any questions related to the Directory or PolyPublie, write to biblio.profs@polymtl.ca.

Updates

Throughout the year, information monitoring is carried out in numerous bibliographic databases (Web of Science, Compendex, Inspec, Google Scholar, PubMed, OpenAlex, and others). New references to publications by Polytechnique Montréal professors and researchers discovered in this way are added daily to PolyPublie. The publication lists in the profiles of professors and researchers in the Directory of Experts are updated monthly based on these references.
