Financial questions

Did you know that Polytechnique students receive over $2 million in scholarships and awards each year? Some of this funding is from the school; the rest comes from various businesses, organizations, associations or foundations. Students who are Canadians or permanent residents can help finance their studies with these awards. The list of scholarships and awards is updated daily on the financial aid (*) Web page.

Eligible students can also benefit from the Québec government’s loans and bursaries program. On campus, the program is managed by the Bureau des affaires étudiantes (Student's Service Office — SEP). Information is also available on the Québec Education Ministry Web site.

International students seeking financial assistance must apply to the national education ministry of their home country. École Polytechnique currently has no funding available for international students.
