L'Institut de gÉnie nucléaire: More than 40 years of nuclear research !
L'Institut de génie nucléaire of École Polytechnique celebrated its 40th anniversary on Friday, May 28,2010.
This celebration was a unique opportunity to go back in time. We heard about the history of the nuclear engineering program at École Polytechnique as well as learned about its current situation and anticipated future. Participants had the chance to meet those who contributed to the success of the IGN including the professors, the research scientists, the students, the staff and our industrial partners.
On that occasion, we had the opportunity to underline the 80th birthday of our founder, M. Wladimir Paskievici.
