  • Design et conception d'un microscope confocal laser rapide et protable capable d'imager des tissus in vivo avec une très haute résolution et de profondeur de champ variable à l'intérieur d'un endoscope manipulable à la main.
  • Design et implantation d'un laser à balayage spectral pour l'imagerie biomédicale permettant d'augmenter le taux d'acquisition d'images provenant des OCT et de microscopes confocaux à balayage spectral.
  • Adaptation d'un système confocal rapide dans le but d'étudier le développement de coeur embryoniques à travers l'imagerie en direct du mouvement cardiaque à haute résolution et à taux d'acquisition rapide.
  • Caractérisation théorique et expérimentale de fibres optiques conçues pour des endoscopes confocaux et capables de réduire le bruit de speckle tou en augment la quantité de signal capté.
  • Design d'un prototype d'endoscopes confocaux pour applications cliniques durant la chirurgie de la tête, du cou ou du larynx.
