Information regarding the Career Fair

Dear employer,

The Comité de Liaison Étudiants-Entreprises (C.L.É.E) has a role of organising activities that joins employers and students of Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal.

The Career Fair is an excellent opportunity to ensure your company has a high visibility among students of one of the three largest engineering faculties in Canada. Polytechnique Montreal is attached to the University of Montreal.

The Career Fair is visited by students of all levels (Bachelor, Master, Ph.D. and DESS)

This year you can choose one of the following days:

The cost is $505,00 (taxes included).

Your participation would include

• A 10 feet * 5 feet area to install your booth
• Table and chairs
• Electrical outlets and, on request, audiovisual equipment
• One parking place
• Help in carrying, setting up and dismounting your booth
• One half page describing your company in the Career Fair magazine distributed to the students
• A page on our web site describing your company where students can year round read your profile and contact your organisation
• Coffee, tea, juice and muffin on arrival
• Lunch served with wine and juice for the members of your delegation
• Wine & cheese tasting at the end of the day for the members of your delegation to talk and meet the students organising the Career Fair
• A guided tour of Ecole Polytechnique labs

Your registration to the Career Fair

Here are the steps in registering to our Career Fair:

1. Register online (deadline is August 24th 2012):

2. Upon receiving our e-mailed invoice, send your check to:

3. Send your company profile online (deadline is August 31st):

   Your profile will be published in the Career Fair magazine distributed to the students during the event. 2000 magazines will be printed.

4. Send us a list of the members of your delegation. (deadline is September 7th):
