Rent

• The regular* rental rate per year is $270/m2 plus applicable taxes, payable each month.
• A preferential* rate is extended to companies qualifying as spin-off companies. In such cases, the yearly rental rate is $230/m2 plus applicable taxes, payable each month.

• The rates are subject to change without notice;
• For all telephone set changes, a 50% credit on the initial cost of the telephone set is allocated for the former equipment that is brought back in good working condition;
