MISSION

The mission statement of the J.-Armand-Bombardier Incubator is as follows:

“To contribute to the emergence and growth of innovating technology-based businesses by providing them access to facilities dedicated to R&D activities within a modern research complex close to teams of seasoned investigators and a state-of-the-art research equipment park.”

GOALs

1. To help start up spin-off companies derived from technologies developed by investigators of Université de Montréal or École Polytechnique;
2. To provide spin-off companies or other businesses with an “industry-like” environment, separate from, yet close to the activities of academic laboratories in order to promote interactions and cooperation with the latter;
3. To provide businesses with a stimulating research environment within a facility totally dedicated to leading-edge research;
4. To offer premium yet affordable business incubation conditions.
