Send in the required documents

Note : Short graduate programs are not available for international applicants.

The documents you need to send will be different depending on your student status. The list of documents is provided in the Application Guide for Graduate Programs in the “Documentation Requirements” section appropriate to the program you are applying to.

If you fill out a paper application, in addition to the documents listed in the admissions guide, you must send the appendix Confidentiality of Student Files, only if you wish to prevent the information mentioned in the appendix from being shared with one or more organizations.

Respecting deadlines

If you are submitting an online application, you must have the required supporting documents sent to the Registrar’s Office by postal mail in the 15 days following the submission of your application. Write the application number on each document. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Note that an official or certified French translation is required for all documents that are not written in French or English. Also, all documents provided become the property of Polytechnique Montréal and will not be returned to the applicant.
