Tools to help you recruit interns and workers

CONFIRM INTERNSHIP HIRES

Undergraduate students

  • If the internship opportunity was posted on La Ruche: Check the box next to "We've already selected a candidate for this internship" in the Application Instructions section.
  • If the internship opportunity wasn't posted on La Ruche: Fill out this form and return it by the specified deadline.

Non-thesis master's students

  • The student must fill out the Internship Description form, have it signed by their academic supervisor and then submit it to their internship supervisor.

Deadlines

To qualify for the Revenu Québec tax credit, internships offered to students in undergraduate or non-thesis master's programs must be reported directly to Internships and Jobs Services before the quarterly deadline.

Please note that the intern is responsible for having you sign the registration form before the applicable deadline (based on when the internship will take place).
