Céline Stoquart under the supervision of Benoit Barbeau (Dept. of Civil, Geological and Mining Engineering) and Pierre Servais (Université Libre, Brussels) receives an award of $ 2,000 for her thesis entitled Performance of Aged CAP Suspensions in a Hybrid Membrane Process for Drinking Water Production.

Each year, during the graduation ceremony, Polytechnique Montreal gives an award to the student who wrote the best Ph.D. thesis.
