Biography
Keyhan Sheshyekani (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Tehran University, Tehran, Iran, in 2001, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnique), Tehran, in 2003 and 2008, respectively.,He was with the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Lausanne, Switzerland, in September 2007, as a Visiting Scientist and later as a Research Assistant. He was an Assistant Professor and an Associate Professor with Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, from 2010 to 2015 and from 2015 to 2016, respectively. He was an Invited Professor with EPFL, from June to September 2014. He joined the Department of Electrical Engineering, Polytechnique Montréal, Montréal, QC, Canada, in 2016, where he is currently a Full Professor. Dr. Sheshyekani is the Co-founder and CEO of Stancer Testing-Lab, an independent ISO/IEC 17025 accredited EMC and RF testing laboratory located in Laval, Quebec. His current research interests include power system modeling and simulation, smart grids, and electromagnetic compatibility.
